I have two Traccar servers, one for development and one for production. On each server, I have two groups, A and B, with Teltonika FC130 devices. Each device is configured to send data to both servers simultaneously.
The issue is that on Server 2, Group B, alarm events (specifically harshAcceleration, harshBraking, and harshCornering) are not appearing.
For example:
• Device 17 sends data to Server 1, Group B, and the events show up correctly.
• The same device sending to Server 2, Group B does not show those events.
• Another device, Device 5, shows events correctly in Group A on both servers.
By “showing events,” I mean both in the main dashboard and in the event reports.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Could it be a server or group configuration issue?
Have you checked that both servers actually received the same data? That's probably the first thing to check.
