what is the modern folder for in the web part of traccar? in what language is it developed? how to deploy it?

this is another web version of traccar developed with Reactjs. why do you say it is still at a precarious stage of development? doesn't it have all the features yet?
otherwise I would like to customize the Traccar front end(Bootstrap, vanilla, etc...). I would also add Pickpoint (https://pickpoint.io/) as a geocoder.
can you support me in such a project?
