Geofence Enter and Exit showing same time

We have some problem related to geofence

Geofence enter and exit are firing at same time.

Please help us out as it is very critical.

Maybe your device uploaded old data at the same time?

Anton any suggestions or any hit and try that this can be resolved?

Yes the device is reporting same/duplicate data at different server times.

Need your help urgently.

Then it's likely expected behavior.

Any way to resolve it and also we are getting alerts dupicate in database we always have 2 same alerts has been saved in database.
