GoSafe GC1 Port identification

As per documentation the default port 5078 of subjected device but still it is not getting online, although I m receving logs as belo

Can anyone help to identify the port.

Have you tried port 5244?

I am still after this device but no success till now, as per your last comment I have set that port and getting below logs.

In that case it's probably not fully supported.

Please confirm how can we request for support of these devices as we are using aroud more than 600 devices of GoSafe.
