.gpx size

when uploading a .gpx track file, theres an error:
Value too long for column "AREA CHARACTER VARYING(4096)"

Whats the limit for the tracks value?

4096 (size in bytes of the result)

I tried reducing the size by deleting waypoints. Got 3kb now.
Still the same error...

Note that we convert from GPX to KML, so there could be a different between what you input and what is actually stored.

Okey, so why is it no possible to import KML directly ? I tried to import zones (size of a whole county) which a have in kml and converted to gpx
