Guide for scheduling reports for specific User(s)

Hi Team,

I want to schedule report for each user to get a daily and weekly report at the end of the day/week for their respective vehicles only. Is this possible? if so any one can help with a step by step guide?

1. Create a calendar for the schedule
2. Open the report and select all the parameters
3. Click schedule button

I set-up a calendar (see settings image), and scheduled a trip report with daily frequency, so what I am not sure is what time report will be emailed? Thanks for the help.

It won't work like that. You have to have a calendar with gaps between events.

What do you mean by gaps between events? I think the underlying question is the role of calendar and its relationship with scheduled reports. Thanks once again.

Gaps between events is the time on the calendar that doesn't have any events.
