Help to compile traccar

i try to install this traccar: https://github.com/robertoalmeida/traccar/

traccar but this does not come with traccar-web.war file.

That I have to create?

If yes, then I have to create a page that references the command sending?

That is not official Traccar repository.

If you take it from official repository, you don't need war file anymore:
