Hi, I couldn't find any matching protocol for my hex output in the python file... tho one that best suites is tk103 but im not sure. Could you please help me verify? I've registered the device but the platform shows as offline

It is TK103 protocol. Why haven't you tried it before posting this?
I've tried with 5001 5006 5023 etc... but it keeps me saying that the device is offline. That's why. Thanks for your help!!!
I'm speechless. Protocol TK103 works on port 5002. Why are you trying something else? I already told you that it's TK103 protocol.
