If you are asking if it's possible out of the box, then the answer is no. But of course anything is possible if you can change the code.

It is possible to change the device icon (green red and yellow) depending on the ignition (engine on / off status).
The idea is to be able to put the icon of the device in green or red depending on the value of igniton.
