Hide/disable offline clients

Hello Everyone,

We use a read only user combined with the simple interface to embed a map with our active user on our website, which works great. once they stop working/are unavailable, they disable the tracker app on there phone.

But of course, they still show on the map, be it with their last know location. How can i change this, so that only actual online devices/user are shown on the map and offline devices are not?

You can filter devices by state. Click on the table header.

where can i set this?

With the simple view there's no way to do it. You'll have to implement it in the code.

And with the non simple view? where can i do it?

Or is it possible to switch device to disabled when offline and to enabled when online? that would also solve my issue:)
