high CPU usage when creating a new device
Yes, it's because of the cache. This has been discussed quite a few times on the forum.

traccar version 5.9
whenever I create a new device with the ADM user, I wait for a few minutes, and the CPU usage goes to 100%... this happens when I create it with the administrator user.... which has another 300 device linked, I realized that this has to do with the memory cache.....
