I was just check my server and started top and was a little bit wondering how it ist possible that traccar use 200% CPU.
How can it be?

What version are you using?
You should upgrade first. If it still happens, please provide jstack output.
Update is done to 4.12 and in moment it take 0.3%.
I will follow it in the next days and give feedback here.
