how to add adress to my report its impty

i need monthly report trips to my cars its ok but the address is impty and if i export it is an numbers i need geocoding adrerss in my report

is impty in the web page in the datatabe of report and in the exal file whan export it is an lat.long numbers and is a link to open stritemaps
