How to Add Freematic Device with Traccar

I ordered freematic One+ device but i am not able to add the device to the server as there is no serial number or Device ID
Please help

Have you tried contacting Freematics? Have you configured the device itself? What server are you using?

No i have not contacted the Freematics yet
not able to configure the device as i am not able to add this device to my traccar server

Looks like some issue with config header file.

how do i fix this issue?
is there any easier way to resolve this issue or add this device to my server?

I'm not sure how to fix it. When I tried last time it worked for me without any issues.

i finally got to upload the firmware but it is taking way too long for the upload, is this normal?

I am able to flash the firmware but i think i bricked the device i am no longer able to connect to the device via bluetooth, but i am still able to connect via comport
is there any specific settings in config.h file that i need to change to enable bluetooth again?
