How to add Heartrate and Temperature

I use the DDX04 device and I set it using the xexun2 protocol with port 5233, but I don't see heart rate and temperature data. is there a way to add it?

Please provide some samples and the protocol documentation. Also, what info do you see from the device?

so i need to add data like temperature, heart rate and oxygen to the attribute, can you help me to do that ?
