I recently installed traccar server and configured my chinese device: TK103B, it shows on the map, but it doesn't move when the device moves.
traccar server is in a public IP on the cloud and working fine, I assume it's working fine because I am able to see the status of the device, it says "Last Update: 0 minutes"
The issue is that it's static in one place ever since it recognized it.
Is time in the state panel correct? Have you checked what device actually sends?
