How to send data to other api outside from traccar server?

I use tracar version 4.15, can traccar server send data to other api outside traccar server?
because our government organization requires integration of gps system with government owned for our transportation permit, and where we have to insert code to send data to outside api.

Check forwarding. That's what you need. You might need to adjust the format though.
