I managed to delete my admin account :) . It is possible to add an admin account without admin rights?

do you not have a backup that you can restore?

You can add it back directly to the database.

I have one backup for an old version, but I have not been able to import the data log to the new install. is it just to copying and pasting database.mv.db? I can't find a guide that helps me.

You need a JDBC client. You would also need to know SQL language. If you don't have enough technical knowledge to do that I would recommend to find someone who can do it for you.

Also, it's not recommended to use H2 database in production.

You can just remove database file if you want to reset everything.
