Icon blue around my devices. they are not a geo-reference

Please see the attached screenshot i am getting blue icon around some devices even when i create a new user they keep on the new account.

Could you please advise if is possible deactivate it?

One thing you could do is set computed attributes to modify accuracy value to zero.
