I'm transferring custom fields to the Osmand protocol. How can I localize them (translate them into another language)?

I'm transferring NMEA data from ship sensors: depth, water temperature, wind speed and direction, air temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure.
How can I add a custom field to the list of available fields in the settings and localize it accordingly (see screenshot)?

Can you tell me where I can find the names of existing fields in the code: visible satellites, humidity, temperature 1, 2, etc.?
