Installing Traccar server on iMac OSX

Hi guys, newbie here.

I am looking to install the server and web interface on my 2012 (Intel) iMac, have downloaded the .zip file from the site, but looking at the Mac Os I have Java enabled, but i don't understand the next couple of lines in the 'help' file.

Does anyone have a plain english version of how not install on OSx please~?

I have managed to download and install the server on an Win10 machine, but its not mine so I know what it should look like.

You should probably quote what lines you are talking about. If you are talking about commands, you need to enter them in the Terminal.
