International characters
im using 4.6 now. i had same problem. but it was my mistake because i didnt create database as utf8 (i created default mysql charset latin1_swedish) when i install traccar. so i couldnt add device name as utf8. then i change devices table as utf8_general_ci and i setted "name" block that in devices table as utf8_general_ci. and it works. no need utf16 or utf8mb4
