Issues Connecting TK911Pro GPS Tracker to Traccar Demo Server

Hello everyone,

I am trying to connect my TK911Pro GPS tracker to the Traccar demo server. I've configured the server IP and port IP demo.traccar.org 5093. My device status shows the correct server URL and port but it's not appearing on the Traccar demo server.

Here is my status message:

C032(70SALASE)_JT_V_3.0 2023/12/28 ID:19175674718 IP1:demo.traccar.org 5093 IP2: 0 UT:600,300 BAT:93% APN:hologram GPS:V-13-0 GSM:14

I've also tried port 5023. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Have you registered your device on the server? With what id?

Yes. ID:19175674718

And you don't see anything in the logs?

No, no logs.

Then either your device is not sending anything or the id is not the right one. Or the protocol is not the right one.
