its protocol not working in demo server
Unfortunately we don't provide any support for demo servers. You would need to get protocol documentation and some samples from real device, then create GitHub ticket to fix it.
He is referring to port 5179, I guess. Its true not working in demo server as well as the installed instance. I think there is already ticket pending for this issue in GIT
