log file of demo file

Hi Sir,

I am using your demo server as i dont have open port. I have success in connectting the traccar client from my smart Phone.

But i have a Chinese tk102b tracker, i am trying to connect this with your server. but no success. As i don't have access to the log file of demo server. Can you please check the log file of 104.251.215.88? And check if you have connection from the device with imei 352887072746187. and could you also sugest the port number.

from sim account, i can see that my device is sending the data.

Your device is using TK103 protocol, so correct port is 5002. Device id is 087072746187. Also, it doesn't seem to send any location data.

i have changed the port and device id but i still don't see the device in my account.

Could you please check it now, as i just checked with sms, the gps status is ok now. but i still do not see the device on map.

Still nothing. Your device just sends heartbeat messages:

Can you please check, that my tracker with above imei is sending location or not? because it is showing old location.

I don't see any data from your device in the server logs.

Can i also see the driven route on the demo server? or you removed the log file after some time. if yes then how much in time, we can go back on demo server.

Usually there is at least a month of history, but no guarantees.

I do have the same problem with my device,i tried for more than 3 days without success to configure it but in vain,Can you please check the log file of 104.251.215.88? And check if you have connection from the device with imei 868683027847031.Many thanks

Either your device doesn't use IMEI as a device id, or it doesn't report any data.
