Manager was not able to disable vehicle

Hello,
i have created a manager and manager is adding vehicle but he doesn't able to disable it(image attached below)

I have read the user management documentation but cant find solution to this

I believe it's limited to an admin only currently.

vehicle created by manager is not visible to admin, so how can it be disabled?

An admin can link the device to themselves.
