Missing entry in configuration page

Hi,

I just realized there is no hint regarding the configuration option "geocoder.language" on https://www.traccar.org/configuration-file/
It seems like it somehow went missing.
Would be nice to fix this.

Ok, good luck with generating the documentation properly directly from the code.
The Keys class certainly is an improvement.
