The main point you have to consider when picking plan and phone company is minimum chargeable unit for data. You want it to be as small as possible. The best you can get is usually 1kb.

It's free 200 mb highspeed per month, slow speed unlimited included, but enough for traccar. You only need to charge up 10/15 euro once or so. Although it says lots of ads, but you won't see any ads at all.

Do you know how much mobile data such a GPS tracker approximately uses per position update?
Additionally, if there are any German users in this forum: Do you have any recommendations for a prepaid plan that would be suitable for GPS tracking?
