Modern Interface Test Button for SMS/Email

I downloaded the preview. There is no option to go to legacy. Icon as been removed from modern main page, How do we go to legacy.

Hello, in the old Interface we had this Testbutton to send a Test-Email and SMS.
Will it come back or have I overseen it ?
