Modules JN3 and SIM928A

GPS modules like:

(may) work with Traccar?

If they are not still supported, what informations you need and how to get them (Is there a "dedicated" program?)?

Those are just GSM + GPS modules and not full GPS tracking devices. Without software/firmware they can't do anything, so question about support doesn't make much sense.

E.g. with Jupiter JN3 I have created a simple tracking: is it possible to use it (Jupiter JN3/SM928A + "XYZ" board) with Traccar server? What kind of information I need for this purpose?

You need to implement some communication protocol to send data to Traccar server. One of the easiest options is this one:
