Multiple maintenance

Is there any way to create different maintenance intervals? For example: oil change, change of tires, revision, etc.

At the moment Traccar only supports one maintenance interval per device.

Not as far as I know. You can search on GitHub. If you find existing request for it - express your interest there. If not, create a new request.
