My GPSs appear offline in the plateform with no apparent reason

Isma2 years ago

Hi all,

Since few days now all my gps appears "Offline" on the plateform. However, the GPS respond correctly to my sms command from my phone, even sending the correct location.
My traccar version is 5.6.

Please find below an extract of my log file :

It seems like your device is not reporting anything to the server.

Hi,

Thank for your feedback Anton! How it's possible since I didn't change anything on the server side or on the device side. 4 days ago my device was online ...
Do you have any idea about what could be the root cause ?

Regards

Ismaïl

There could be a million reasons. That's why we have the troubleshooting guide.

That's interesting - I've had exactly the same problem since last weekend. For me it was or is apparently due to a faulty or missing name resolution . After entering the associated IP address in the tracker (Concox JM-VL01), the data arrives at my traccar server again.
