It should never happen. As long as you have access to the device, you should get exactly the same data. You must be missing something or you have some customization that broke it.

Hi Community,
On a customised copy of latest master I have an issue where some alarm events are not visible to certain users from events report.
To explain it better, both users A and B are admin and have the same devices, notifications etc linked to their accounts.
When running the same report, for the same device and same timeframe, user A have more alarm events in the list compared to user B, however the alarm events are visible for user B in the positions report.
Can this be an issue with indexing ? Does anyone have any idea on what may cause the issue.
