New user

Hello, I have 10 users who send their position and an administrator who controls it. I tried to create a new read-only user, but I can not see any device. Is there any other operation to do?

From the amministrotor desk if I check if various options of recorded devices I have only: Group, Telephone, model, contact and category.
How do I add devices to my new user?

userR = read-only user

can userR change the name of the devices displayed on its map for the same devices? or should the name only be assigned by userA?

Read-only user can't change anything.
