So if there's no difference in the log, does it mean the data is received, decoded and stored in the database?

I currently have version 4.13 and works well and units updates locations. but when I upgraded to lastest version, my unit are not updating. showing my home location. So I cant rectify why is it working on older version but not newest version 4.14. Nothing in logs that is showing adnormalitiy.
