Can I send location with smartphone to a Traccar server when it is approached by an NFC or Bluetooth device? Or when you take a photo to a QR.
I would need to point out, for a supervisor, when employees are at a certain point. I do it with Geofence, I wanted to know if it can also be done with NFC or Bluetooth.

You can use some third party android app to start and stop Traccar service depending on some conditions (NFC, Bluetooth device etc).
