no connection to the traccar web-gui

hello,
I started today to install traccar on raspi and connect to an tk106.The most is up and running, but I get no information from the tracker in the gui. I think I do not have the correct identifier for my tracker.
For further testing I installed on my IPhone the traccar client and everything is working, connectig that device I will see it in the web-gui.

I put it in the hex-translator and I found the 10digit IMEI of the tk106, tried this as identifier, but doesn't work, also with and without a leading 0.

Please can you give me any advise, what is my fault?

You are using wrong port. Correct one is 5013. Device id is 4209952316.

But, what ecxact was my fault? I still have no idea, how I could find the solution?
Ok, the device id is logical, I tried it already. But in the logfile there was no entry for port 5013. And I opened this port already. So, where is the wrong step?

Would be nice to get more info to find the real Solution nett time by myself.

Now I tried port 5013, and this time I think without any mistake. I still have no idea where my mistake was, but now everything works well.
