Not Receiving Notifications Server Nor App

Ok so I am totally new to Traccar. I stumbled on it doing some research as I have to come up with a fleet management solution. We are looking at Traccar. So I have set up the server I enabled notifications on all devices I am using GPS tk103 B. I just need to have notifications show up on the GUI and in the app. Maybe you can give me a link.
Also, I have no events showing in the right-hand panel.
I happy to report I have got it working like a gem thanks for your help.
Hey, Need some help with notifications from my device. I can see the event in the reports. But no pop-ups and app notification any help would be greatly appreciated.
