Notification issue (dont recive)

Hi,

I have a fresh installation (Linux x64 - version 6.2) because I tried everything I could think of and wanted to start with a clean app and database (MySQL).

I am not receiving notifications (Telegram/mail). Test notifications work fine. I am using only enter/exit geofence notifications. I can see the car on the map and track its movements.

Geofence area is set as a polygon.
In settings -> devices (using Wanway Tech S20) -> connected -> set geofence, notifications.
In reports -> events, I see entries for 'enter/exit' geofence but I also see a lot of entries for 'alarm sos' (I'm not sure what this is, could it be causing the problem?).
I have been using Traccar for a couple of months (maybe a year now) without any issues. I don’t remember what change on the VPS/app caused this problem. I don’t know what kind of information you need to help me, so please let me know what you need.

Have you checked logs for errors?

Nothing special. Change to: <entry key='logger.level'>all</entry> and try to catch something. Any suggestions on what I should particularly pay attention to?

I definitely do not recommend changing to logger.level all. All relevant logs should be visible by default.

Something wrong with time zone?

Probably. Either device configuration or server configuration issue.

Change the GMT settings on the device and now receive the first notifications. Let's see what happens next.
