Notification List stuck on Loading after deleting Notification?

Hi

I am using traccar version 3.17 on centos 6 and I deleted two notifications. Now notification list is stuck showing loading forever.same problem with devices list for admin user.
I have seen one thread https://www.traccar.org/forums/topic/device-list-stuck-on-refresh-after-deleting-device/.
Should I add manually deleted devices/notification in database with same id?

Please replace saved command list in place of notification list.

There is no version 3.17. Where did you get it?

As for the issue, if you are using MySQL make sure to use InnoDB engine.
