Notification mapping

Is there any way to bypass user/device notification setting .I need to send firebase alerts without assigning notifications to device or user.

Ok let me explain it.

for sending firebase alerts first we need to create notification and then assign them in devices or users right?

I dont want to create notification and assign them to devices or users.I want to send firebase alerts as soon as event gets generated because when there are many devices in single account notification are getting delayed.

Hope now i have explained you my issue.

What delays are you talking about?

firebase alert delay.for example any event generated on 8.10 pm but firebase alert coming on 8.20 pm.

How is that related to the notification settings?
