Could someone help me please? I have the following problem: I have a J16 4G device that, when removing power, no notification arrives in any channel, web, email, firebase, telegram... but the alert icon appears in the grid, in the database it arrives as normal 'powerCut'. This only happens with this device, for others the notifications arrive normally. I've already tested with another device of the same model and I wasn't successful. Thank you very much in advance.
