Notifications can now be configured per device
There is "notification" menu option in device panel for that.

However I dont see this menu on the left side my screen? above devices, I have 7 Icons, none are Notification menu, I do have a Notification menu on the right side the drop down as normal,
If you recall I had an issue getting Traccar to run at first and I installed 3.10,3.13 and uninstalled and upgraded to 3.15
Perhaps the install did not install this feature?
Well, it means that you are not using version 3.15. This what it should look like:
i will un-install
and re-install 3.15

I installed 3.15 and again not running
I am using Java 8 update 141 64-bit
this seems to work up-to 3.14 but not on the 3.15?
Do I need to use a different Java?

I see in the 3.15 Blog, Notifications can now be configured per device, I can see NO new menu or setting to support this, Am I perhaps overlooking something?
