OBD-II device with Wifi and/or CDMA

Hi all,

I'm currently using Traccar with a Verizon MiFi and an iPad in my fleet vehicle to test with. Works great.

I'm looking for a device that can plug into the OBD-II port on a car and either

1. connect to a Verizon (CDMA) cellular network OR
2. connect to the existing MiFi in the car

My preference would be #2 because then we're not paying for yet another device through Verizon, but if no such thing is available, #1 would be fine too. I want to plug into the OBD-II port because it supplies power to the unit whether the car is on or off and gives us access to data from the car, when/if Traccar supports it.
