Odometer reading from forward.url
It's part of "attributes" parameter.

I used 'attributes' parameter in the froward.url, but i got the following values only
attributes: '{"alarm":true,"ignition":true,"power":4,"gsm":4,"index":58,"ip":"27.52.162.99"}'
for every hit
It means that your device doesn't report odometer.
Is there any version dependency for “distance” and “totalDistance” to show up in attributes?
It is not available on some older versions.
not available for only "forward.url" or in mysql too?
Attributes are the same doesn't matter if it's forwarding or database.
