Offline problem

Hello.
I have a problem on the status. When i open the status online from up its appear on server the online When i go to offline is not change to offline i have to logout from server and login again to appear offline or its takes a long time to be offline.
Do you know how can this fix ?

Check configuration file for status.timeout config.
