It probably means one of the following
- Your device doesn't report ignition
- Your device reports invalid engine hours
Anton, I have been receiving messages on the device's Traccar regarding alarms, even when starting or stopping the vehicle.

What Anton means is that as your device does not report ignition (key turn on dashboard) there's no way to tell if it's on or off.
Richard, why do I always get paid when I start or stop the car?
I would like to know if it is possible to know how long a particular car has been running during a period selected by the user. I know that trips mark the duration of the trip, but I want a way to know how many hours the car is on even if it is parked without movement.
I click on the summary tab and the time on always stays 0h0m.
