Only able to online and offline events - no other event is displayed
Are you sure your device includes ignition information in every message?
I only tested by sending sms "STATUS?" to device and got ACC:ON|OFF. Any other troubleshooting, I can do ?
To get ignition notifications you need ignition value to be present in every message on the server.

Device:- TK103.
I am only able to see online and offline events
If i send sms "STATUS?" to device i am getting
"BATTERY:100% GPRS:SUCCESS GSM:MED GPS:FIXED,11 ACC:ON RELAY:OFF POWER:OK MS:LIS3DH"
but ignition events is not displayed in events.
