New versions of Traccar Client use this protocol to report GPS data to the server side.

Does "New Versions" refer to version 2.1 - current version on iTunes?
Are there any diagnostics that can be turned on in the client to assist in the debug with a server.

My usage is to use the client to track the position of sailboats as the race and display their position and track in real time - see www.jibeset.net/gpsspotwho.php for an example using a DELORME tracking device

Yes, Traccar Client for iOS version 2.1 uses OsmAnd protocol.

There is no diagnostics except the status screen in the app.
