These shows me:
Speed, course, direction, protocol, priority, satellites, event, Power, Motion, RSSI, io 200, GpsStatus, PDOP, HDOP, current, battery, Io68, Operator, Io16
Maybe one of those IO fields is what you're looking for?

How could I see the data that the gps team sends?
maybe in the DB or where could I view it?

I want to see what parameter parameter is my analog input and digital output.
You should ask Teltonika about it or check their documentation. Each parameter in Teltonika is passes as IO with some unique ID.
I would like to know how I can change the name of that data sent, for example Io12 at fuel level
You can use computed attributes to create an attribute with a new name and then hide original one.
I connected my fmb920 to the platform ... but in the list of parameters my "AIN1" AND "DOUT1" did not appear why does that happen? Thank you!
